Post-Order Guide—What to Expect After Placing Your Order

Important Delivery Information

Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not accept online payments, credit cards, or bank transfers.
Inspection Policy: You may open and inspect the items before paying.
Delivery Area: Riyadh area only.

Delivery Process:
1. Before delivery, our courier will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and whether you will be home.

2. You must reply to the courier’s confirmation message** for the delivery process to continue.

3. Once you reply, the courier will deliver the package immediately.

4. Delivery Time:
If you place your order early, most orders can be delivered the same day.
If you place your order later in the day, it will be delivered the next day.

5. If you do not reply to the courier’s message, we will be unable to process your order.

Important Note:
Please reply as soon as possible after receiving the courier’s message to ensure timely delivery.
Please have the exact amount in cash ready when the courier arrives.
You may open the package and inspect the items in the courier’s presence before paying in cash.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
